July 27 Update
We've reached the end of week 2. Ten more Saturdays to go and, hopefully, ten more Saturdays of progress.
The physical training is starting to get more intense (as measured by the soreness of my hamstrings and the amount of time it takes me to recover!)
On the sponsorship front, though, we have added to our team! Celsius Inc. is on board and their healthy energy drinks will be a key part of the Dunk45 training table!
